I introduced the concept of Human Resources to Sri Lanka in the year 2000. Afterwards I supplied manpower to major industrial sectors to fulfill the manufacturing needs of organizations there by creating new opportunities to young men and women in the country and reduced unemployment. When I look back at the long journey that I have come, I find that my organization is in the top order bracket in the manpower field, which I am proud of and consider it as a great achievement. Today my organization had become the number one in the island and has become very popular in providing manpower & marketing.

And I like to think in different ways and do new things. I think we can win this. But we need to be together as a country and take direct decisions.
